Welcome Archie Harrison!
Lake Taupo Cricket Club are delighted to announce our new signing- Archie Harrison of Derbyshire, England.
Archie has represented Derbyshire CCC from schoolboy age and made his List A debut against Worcestershire CCC in the Royal London Cup 2022. He plays club cricket at Spondon Cricket Club in the ECB Premier Division of the Derbyshire County Cricket League.
A talented all-rounder who is capable of winning games with both bat and ball, Archie possesses all attributes to dominate the Bay of Plenty Premier grade this year. Archie has had previous experience of playing ‘down under’ with his stint last year in Illawarra- NSW. Having successfully won 3 titles with Northern District CC in Australia, we hope Archie will bring the skillset LTCC need to go one better than the Williams cup semi-final last season.
Archie (19) will take on the role of overseas player, which encompasses playing Premier grade cricket and coaching our junior pathway in Taupo. Alongside Taupo Cricket, LTCC and Archie will help young boys and girls in the region enjoy and develop their game.
